Citations must conform to The Bluebook:  A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). We regret that manuscripts cannot be returned.  All submissions must be in Corel WordPerfect (versions 6 through 10), Microsoft Word (Word 6.0/95, 97, 2000, XP), or PDF format.

Submissions may be made in one of two ways: by e-mail or by U.S. Mail.

To submit an article via e-mail, send it as an attachment, complete with abstract, to businesslaw@pegasus.rutgers.edu.

Please place the word "Business Law Submission" in the subject line of your e-mail.

Please include an abstract (no more than 250 words) of your article in Corel WordPerfect (versions 6 through 10), Microsoft Word (Word 6.0/95, 97, 2000, XP), or PDF format. Please include a printed copy of your article as well.

Each submission will be reviewed by our Articles Staff, which will recommend to the Editor-in-Chief on whether to extend an offer to the author. You will be contacted upon receipt of your submission and informed how much time it will take to review your submission. Please include detailed contact information for the author.
