Business Law Journal* welcomes submissions from academics,
practitioners and others with an interest in all areas of business related
legal issues. Citations must conform to The Bluebook: A
Uniform System of Citation (18th
ed. 2005). We regret
that manuscripts cannot be returned. All submissions
must be in Corel WordPerfect (versions 6 through
10), Microsoft Word (Word 6.0/95, 97, 2000, XP), or PDF format.
Submissions may be made in one of two ways: by e-mail or by U.S. Mail.

Each submission will be reviewed by our
Articles Staff, which will recommend to the Editor-in-Chief on whether to
extend an offer to the author. You will be contacted upon receipt of your
submission and informed how much time it will take to review your
submission. Please include detailed contact information for the author.

known as the Rutgers Bankruptcy Law Journal, this publication has
broadened its scope to include general matters involving corporate and
business law while maintaining its focus on diverse and developing
bankruptcy and insolvency related topics.
