The Rutgers Business Law Journal* is
an academic forum for serious research and discussion of the issues
that affect business law, trends, and theory. The Journal is
published semi-annually by students from Rutgers Law School-Newark.
The Business Law Journal publishes scholarly articles
written and submitted by academics, practitioners, professors of law,
and students. Articles will cover currently relevant corporate
and business topics, including but not limited to, bankruptcy,
commercial real estate, banking, mergers & acquisitions, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
The mission of The Business Law Journal is to reinforce
Rutgers Law School’s commitment to providing diversity and excellence
in legal education. As such, The Journal continually
strives to be a premier business law resource on the Internet.
* Formerly known as the Rutgers
Bankruptcy Law Journal, this publication has broadened its scope to
include general matters involving corporate and business law while
maintaining its focus on diverse and developing bankruptcy and
insolvency related topics.
